We ship to over 200 countries. UK and international orders ship from our UK warehouse, and EU orders ship from our European warehouse in the Netherlands. Delivery options and costs are confirmed at checkout in your local currency.

UK orders are delivered by Evri from our UK warehouse.

Remote postcodes
Next Day Delivery may take longer to parts of the Scottish Highlands, Scottish islands and other remote areas, including postcodes beginning AB, DD9–11, HS, IV, KW and ZE, as well as the Isle of Man (IM) and Channel Islands (GY, JE).
Collecting from a Pick-Up Point

Please bring your QR code and a valid form of ID (bank card, passport, driving licence or other photo ID, or a utility bill). Someone else can collect on your behalf with a screenshot of your QR code or your ID. Parcels not collected in time are returned to us and the shipping charge is non-refundable.
Europe Delivery
European orders ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Orders to EU countries ship from within the EU, so there are no customs charges on delivery. Switzerland is outside the EU, so orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Other European countries not listed above are served by our Rest of World service.

Delivery times are estimates in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from dispatch. Deliveries may take longer during sale and peak periods.
Multiple parcels
Occasionally your order may arrive in more than one parcel. You will receive tracking details for each.
